Calkain Companies promoted Patrick Nutt to managing director in its new South Florida office. He will be relocating to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to open the new Calkain Realty Advisors office. Calkain Companies vice president Michael Zimmerman will be relocating to the new office as well.
Formerly an associate vice president, Nutt has been with Calkain Companies for six years. Zimmerman is an industry veteran and has closed more than $350 million in investment sales in South Florida.
Calkain Companies executive vice president, David Sobelman, said, "Patrick and Michael are true professionals, it a deep knowledge of net-leased investments and a strong understanding of the local real estate."
Calkain Companies has five other offices across the United States in addition to the new Fort Lauderdale office.
